The hotel has a high-end feel, with modern decor and high-end appliances. The room was very spacious. We used the pool located on the 5th floor. Shenzhen Bay SeaWorld is a 15-minute taxi ride, where there are many shops and restaurants. Shezhen Bay port is only 7 minutes by taxi
The family room does not have a window. There is beautiful lighting in the room, but it is a little strange not to have a window. The pictures on Booking.com are deceptive, as they show a window, but the lack of one is stated in the fine print.

Very high end and brand new rooms, decent breakfast
Communication with the staff was not always straightforward but it was not a major issue

Little things such as no hand towel or towel holder in the toilet.
