The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, and the lovely cake was delivered right on time. A thoughtful touch that made my stay extra special!
The building was undergoing high-rise window cleaning during our stay, and water droplets fell from above, leaving us wet and making the experience rather unpleasant.
Additionally, we later discovered on our own that there was an indoor passage through the café leading to the pedestrian bridge. However, the staff member at the entrance did not offer any guidance on the appropriate route. This gave us the impression that the staff member was either unfamiliar with the surrounding area or unaware of the available access route.

I really loved the location and the hotel itself. Well-designed, amazing views, plenty of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were also really helpful and the concierge was great. Beautiful gym, very good dry cleaning service and the elevators were also really fast (usually an issue in high-rise hotels).
The breakfast could be better. The options were somewhat limited and the coffee was pretty bad. It would be great to have simple breakfast options plus a buffet, and to be served tea or coffee. Also, the windows were somewhat dirty from the inside.

Very good and spacious modern room and facilities.
Staff went all the way out to make my wedding anniversary a memorable one.

Hotel is nice and cozy, good location, friendly staff
The quality of the hair conditioner is far below my expectation. Also, it would be good if bath salt can provided.
