Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff at reception and the restaurant. Breakfast was good with an amazing variety considering the location. The room was large, comfortable and the view was a dream. The terrace offered 360 views that were stunning.
Yes, the bathrooms have a smell. However, you wont find a bathroom that doesn't smell anywhere in Mestia or even anywhere else I stayed in Georgia. So ignore the smell and enjoy the place. The bathroom is clean and warm and the best bathroom in all of Mestia.

Everything. Comfort and luxury in the middle of the mountains.

The room was large and spacious, a nice big bathroom and it was also very clean, they came in every day and organised the room and gave us new towels. The staff were also so amazing and helpful, they helped organise a car to drive us to the cross above Mestia and sent up cake and champagne for my birthday. The location is great with amazing views. There is quite a big variety for breakfast and dinner was excellent as well. We really enjoyed this hotel.
The wifi didn't work very well.
