We loved the stay! The hosts (Mr. David and his mom) were super warm and friendly. Even when we didn’t opt for breakfast, the hosts were nice enough to give us a bit of the food they had cooked.
We forgot to return the room key when leaving but managed to return it with the driver of our mashrutka. It was entirely our mistake but David was very cooperative.

Perfect for hiker to stay.

Our hosts David and mother Diana were lovely. They were very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. No A/C, but we didn't need it in Sept. Nights were getting into the 50F degrees. We had access to kitchen with wine glasses (important in Georgia ). The view from both front and back balcony was fantastic. Although, back balcony faced the mountains and Svaneti Towers, front faced the city with some trees. Be prepared to hike a big hill to get there. Your calves will get a great work out. I would definitely recommend this place for adventure seekers.
It's slightly out or the way from major activities, but if you don't mind a ten minutes walk, it will not bother you. Possibly a bit quieter here too.
