The location on the Grand Canal is fantastic with a lovely garden. Staff wereIt was very quiet, tucked away, in a lovely building. Great place to explore Venice from.
Although had a small balcony, room 101 was a little disappointing. There was a step up platform to the wardrobe & the bathroom and it was very cramped. The bathroom is very old fashioned & faded compared to same room type on the website, which appeared more modern, & the rooms more spacious.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. They arranged a private water taxi for us and this was brilliant. The garden is a little gem and we loved sitting there sipping our drinks whilst looking over the Grand Canal. Easy to walk to the closest Vaporetto and enjoyed some lovely restaurants in the area. Our superior room was very spacious with a modern bathroom. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Our only problem was we struggled with the room only having 1 plug socket as we both wanted fully charged phones but we managed with a power banks.

Location was good, just opposite the train station and easy walking distance to the key attractions. Room felt very venetian and was good size and we had side views of the canals. Minibar in room was not too extortionate so we did help ourselves to a couple of drinks. Water available in lobby to refill your water bottle. Hotel staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. We loved the terrace overlooking the grand canal which was great entertainment watching all the boats whilst having breakfast. Breakfast was manly continental but plenty to choose from. Hotel recommended porter service to help transport cases which was an absolute godsend and an affordable option over at 10 euro per case. Would definitely return.
We did miss the entrance to the hotel as its behind a secured gate with a small sign so looked private, it could be better sign posted but once we found it then this was a good security feature. Can't really fault anything else!
