So clean. 5 min walk distance to bus station. Staff are so nice and always help for everything you need. If I visit Venice again for sure I will stay in this hotel. Beds are so comfortable and rooms are modern. Location of hotel is great. Breakfast was fantastic. No complain for anything 🙂

This hotel is situated very near to Piazzale Roma and was very easy to find when we arrived late at night. We received a very friendly welcome and it was lovely to be offered a glass of prosecco and some snacks. All the staff we met afterwards were really helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable with extra touches such as a bowl of fruit and complimentary water. Breakfast next day was excellent. I liked this hotel very much and wished we were staying for more than one night.
There was nothing that we disliked.

The garden was lovely; we enjoyed spending time there with our friends. We also enjoyed the many room options for breakfast. The service was great: staff was prompt in reserving water taxis and getting tickets to events in the city. The location was excellent!
The shower floor was slippery; it's a safety hazard.
