Lovely staff who are so helpful and friendly. Great location! Short walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Michelangelo. Our room was much bigger than we expected and at the back of the building with much welcomed quiet. There is a big rooftop patio for use when eating breakfast morning or having a drink in the evening. There is parking if reserved and for a daily fee—they will park your car for you if desired.
There are some steps up to the elevator and makes it hard if you have luggage. Just ask for help if needed.
