Fashion Florence Rooms provides an excellent base from which to experience Florence. The location is close to all the main attractions and is easy to access by foot. The location is in a busy area but also provides easy access to more laid back parts of the city. All necessary services are easily accessed. The room in which we stayed was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, extra blankets provided and there was a fridge and table to use. The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent shower. All fixtures had been recently updated and were tastefully integrated into the old building, which had a special ambience from age and character. A common area had tea, coffee, water and snacks for guests. Rita, the host, was gracious and very helpful with information and advice about her city, and was warm and thoughtful to us throughout our stay.
Nothing to dislike.

Amazing location. You can leave your luggage there on day of leaving. Balcony to use.
You could hear everything in the corridor from the other guests as they came and went
