It’s good value for money, at heart of all major passengers transit points in Milan, with street-noise insulation unexpectedly effective. The interior aesthetics are basic but none of the basics amenities is missing, including plenty of power outlets, slippers, personal care items, aircon and/or heatpump, water bottles and a powerfully functioning fridge. Our room was clean and recently renovated (we had a 3-beds on floor 1). The staff courteous and helpful at all hours. The 24/7 freshly-ground self-service free-coffee at reception is a unique feature which deserves mention and appreciation. Breakfast offers at least one options for various dietary restrictions. The room has limited seats but a good number of items are also wrapped and good on the go.
Poor signage outside: the fact is right across the (very busy) bus station doesn’t help find it. The shared part of the building : the fact it’s multiple hotels on different floors gives away the impression that common spaces such as the building main entrance, stairs and elevators are left to nobody taking care of it, making it a little creepy as one steps in for the first time.

The location is perfect. It is nesr the train and the metro. The busescto either airport is great
The only problem was finding it. I did not realize it was in the building with other hotels

Good Location close to central station.
cleanness in the room and daily change of towels
friendly staff
good and convenient bed
-Shower cabins in bathrooms and especially plumbing in shower cabins need renovation;
- preliminary online check-in can be a convenient option but not an obligation. It is not always possible to register online

Convenient as it is located across the street from the train station
Clean
The desk attendant wasn’t well versed in directions. We got stuck in the elevator, the black gate wouldn’t open on the first floor so we had to go to the third floor and it opened. We took the stairs after that
