We needed a hotel at the last minute when we missed our plane connection. The Hotel Terminal is about a seven-minute walk from the Central Train Station, so we were able to get there pulling our suitcases behind us when no taxis were available. The front desk is open 24 hours, so there was someone to receive us when we arrived just before midnight. The breakfast buffet was varied and copious, and the staff made extra scrambled eggs when they ran out. I think we got good value for what we paid.
Our room was next to a busy street with noisy streetcars going by all night. The bed was a bit lumpy but we managed to get to sleep.

Good place to rest for overnight transits
Not in a well maintained condition

It is a 12 minute walk from the train station. If you have a cabin bag for luggage, you are fine, if you have a bigger bag - well you will struggle to get to the hotel.
The elevator had a broken switch for the "0" level and you had to stick your finger into the hole to select the floor
