Location excellent for our needs. Great service. Beds really comfortable.
Nothing really. Breakfast was busy, but we knew that from the posters warning of this.

Quietness in room. Efficient lifts and good access to harbour. Very good breakfast
Room cleaning, it wasnโt carried out on one day and we were without clean towels and toilet roll.
Carpets throughout were grubby and looked worn and dirty

Lovely room 138 had a nice corner view over the harbour .
Didn't have fresh towels the following day for the bathroom ๐.
No sachets of fresh milk to make coffee the second day.
Breakfast lovely and hot and fresh but disappointed only scrambled eggs and no fried eggs.
