A charming stone-clad villa with a large panoramic terrace offering breathtaking ocean views and a garden. The interior features a spacious living room with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, an oven, and a microwave, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
Outside, there is a large covered porch furnished with a garden table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a large terrace overlooking the sea, a convenient outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
The villa is also equipped with an air conditioner located in the hallway leading to the sleeping area, mosquito screens, a TV with free-to-air Sky channels (you can bring your own card), a washing machine, and a shaded parking space.
The villa is part of a two-family home where the owners live on the upper floor; they are always kind and helpful.
