Villa Biagio 1945 is located in Marina di Novaglie, about a 90-minute drive from Brindisi Airport, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, and 16 km from the beaches of the Maldives of Salento.

Villa Biagio 1945 stands on a lot that includes the house, an outdoor veranda with a breathtaking SEA VIEW, a 700-meter garden featuring olive trees, carob trees, and Mediterranean scrub with ocean views, as well as on-property parking, and a second 55-square-meter terrace equipped with lounge chairs, a table, and built-in seating, all offering breathtaking ocean views. The access road to the house is private, shared only with neighboring homes.

THE HOUSE

The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Biagio 1945 can comfortably accommodate up to 4–5 guests.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
There is one master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed).

LIVING AREA

The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and patio, as well as a window with a sea view, connecting the interior and exterior and showcasing the enchanting view of the Adriatic coast.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses).

The living room also features a cozy seating area equipped with satellite TV, a dining table, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Villa Biagio 1945 is designed for year-round living, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months of the year.

OUTDOOR AREA

The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you’re relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or on the lounge chairs, hosting outdoor lunches and dinners, or—better yet—enjoying a delightful aperitif on the terrace with its large table while admiring the view of the cobalt-blue sea and the panoramic scenery.
We also have a spacious terrace with a concrete table and chairs overlooking the sea, where you can relax surrounded by nature while listening to the song of the cicadas.

The covered veranda was designed to allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful wood-fired grill for hosting a delicious barbecue.

Next to the barbecue is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot and cold water, enclosed in stone, offering a breathtaking sea view.<
