About this apartment rental
Just a few meters from the beach, luxury apartment 1.13 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 58 m² of space for 2 people.
A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living room awaits you. The bright, open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a cozy couch and an armchair. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated from the rest of the space by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is rounded out by its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m).
A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished west-facing balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.
Complex:
The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
The ground-floor apartments, which face south, are partly duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The lower level also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wir haben bedenken wegen der Gerüche vom Kochen gehabt , da es zum Schlafzimmer KEINE geschlossenen Türen gibt . Es würde jeden Tag gekocht und wir waren sehr überrascht , das es nicht nach Essen gerochen hat . Gute Abluft !!!!!!
