This bright, 55-square-meter, two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor in a wonderful spot near the beach and can accommodate two people. You can park your car for free right at the property.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The living area is complemented by a beautiful wood-burning stove and a cozy sofa nook.
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed, blackout pleated blinds, and a flat-screen TV. The living area is rounded out by the shower room with a rain showerhead, which also features an illuminated wall mirror and vanity mirror, a wall-mounted radio with Bluetooth connectivity, and a hair dryer.
Barbecue enthusiasts are also in for a treat, as the large balcony features not only patio furniture but also a modern gas grill! We provide the gas cylinders.

High-speed internet access at 500 Mbit/s is available throughout the building—free of charge, of course.
You can safely leave your car behind, as everything is just a stone’s throw away: The bakery (260 m), a supermarket (320 m), the shopping street (420 m), and the promenade (100 m), the spa park (380 m), or even the “Grömitzer Welle” swimming pool (460 m). The gorgeous Grömitz beach is just 100 meters away.
You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the shared, lockable bike shed in front of the building.

Eine super schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung und eine tolle Aussicht!
Das Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben auch eine wirklich schöne Zeit auch am Kamin verbracht. Gerne wieder!!!

Wir sind jetzt schon zum 2. Mal im Beach n' Sea und haben unsere Tage sehr wohl gefühlt, sodass Wir spontan noch um einen Tag verlängert haben.Wir kommen gerne wieder
