Just a few steps from the Baltic Sea, this cozy, approximately 40 m² 2-room apartment awaits you on the 1st floor of the Deich-Residenz. The apartment accommodates 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12 and includes a private parking space.
The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A cozy sofa area with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for up to two children. The open kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom with a shower is accessible from the hallway.
A special highlight is the furnished southeast-facing balcony, which you can access directly from the living area. Start your day here in a relaxed way with breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air, or let the evening come to a cozy close.
And it’s about to get even better: The apartment will be renovated after the season. Among other things, it will feature a new bathroom and a new kitchen. Our guests can therefore already look forward to a fresh, modern atmosphere and even more comfort for their next Baltic Sea vacation.

Eine wirklich gemütliche, zentrale Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder.
