About this house rental
Fully refurbished 3 bedroom Cottage with 2 bath/shower rooms, within a 2 minute walk, or 100 metres of Porthmeor Beach, with parking and wifi. Once a farm building to the next door Farmhouse, and now a lovely cosy holiday let. On arrival at the cottage there is parking for 2 cars, a gated decked area, which is a lovely sun trap from morning to late afternoon. On entering, a lounge to the right with wood burning stove, and opened planned kitchen/dining area to the left. The stairs lead master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with bath and shower over, wc and basin. Second bedroom with super king zip & link, which can be split to 2 x 3ft singles, and third bedroom with 2 x 3ft singles. The second shower room with wc and basin complete the first floor. The ground floor comprises kitchen with Range cooker, fridge freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, & washing machine/dryer plus dining area. The lounge with seating for 6, TV and wood burning stove. Parking for 2 medium sized cars, and full fibre wifi. This cottage offers the feel of a cottage, but with the modern touch, and just over a 2 minute walk to town centre. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. One dog is accepted, but not permitted on beds/soft furnishings, or left alone in the cottage. During peak weeks this cottage lets on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

Clean rooms, well prepared kitchen with some starter materials like coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper.Equipped bathrooms and a lovely terrasse to spend the evenings outside.Parking in front of the door was very helpful.Very good communication in advanxce and during our stay.Check-in and out very easy.I would recommend this cottage to families with a dog.We has a fantastic holiday

Rose Cottage was amazing with plenty of space and everything you would need, very clean and bright, dog friendly, in a great location with the added bonus of parking and a decked area. Great communication with Liz.

We had a fantastic holiday at Rose Cottage, which is perfectly located for a break in St Ives. The house is dog friendly, in great condition with everything you would need.
Liz was very helpful.
