Great location for St Ives

The house was very clean. Great facilities and appliances were all provided in perfect working condition. Location was perfect too. It was a good sized property for our requirements. They went to a lot of effort to provide us a cot and someone arrived on the day to deliver it.

The only negative being the heating did not work at all as well as the bathroom fans on the first floor. We contacted the management company who did try and help but the issue with the heating was I think the radiators as the thermost appeared to be working fine. The house was very cold in the evenings particularly the loft room. I requested heaters to be provided but no one from management responded. I would recommend the heating issue being looked at. Parking is located a few minutes away and has to be paid for daily. There is no parking on the road itself
