Vegan options should be provided besides just the salads. Perhaps guests should be asked to indicate their dietary category.
Breakfast for a plant based person like me was not so great. Some warm stew would have made it.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful - they made sure we knew when drinking water was available due to a water shortage in the city. The room was decent.
There was a lot of smoking in the lobby area by staff and in the hallway/rooms by guests. As a person who is highly allergic to cigarettes this was not good for me and I ended up sick. I thought the facility was non-smoking - however I don't think that exists in Tunis.
