Very comfortable quiet accommodation and added bonus of being upgraded on arrival. Accommodation provided everything we needed in a central location. Thank you

Fantastic location. Right by the Ivy. Friendly staff. We stayed in the Ralph apt. It was great but Carpet needs replacing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The bed was comfy and it was very clean.
Loved the bath in our room (flamingo)
The noise from the surrounding bars late into the night and it was unbearably hot even though it was cold outside. I would also expect an apartment with a hob to have more than one tiny pan.
