Staff couldn't do enough and were very friendly.
Short walk into the city and car parking onsite.
Lack of coffee beans all week for the barista machine.
No safe or fridge in each room, common inclusions throughout Europe and Asia.

Good high end fittings in a spacious room
Mould in shower, very poor wi-fi in the room, TV menu to select a Chanel on TV a time waster, very noisy plumbing and if you are going to provide towelling dressing gowns make sure they are fluffy not hard and crusty. External staircase and walkway unswept and a tray of glasses left by the steps .
