About this house rental
You enter an old house called "village" of about 110m2, totally revised and corrected by an interior design agency husdesign_archideco of which Yann is also the owner.
Result: a large living room (living room, open kitchen) with a half-Scandinavian, half-seaside design offers access to a sunny and walled terrace with its heated swimming pool. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allow a pleasant stay for 6 people.
This old building, located a few dozen meters from the Place des Tilleuls in La Noue, has been completely restructured and transformed into a charming house tinged with design notes.
The work, recently completed, monopolized the attention of the agency keen on design/vintage mixes as well as a dozen local craftsmen.
From the entrance, the living room is spread over sixty square meters of waxed concrete, alternating between the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area near the fireplace and further on the lounge area, welcoming with its Scandinavian armchairs and the large walnut coffee table. All the amenities are there to satisfy your stay: washing machine, kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, combi fridge, dishwasher...
Still on the first floor, there will be a toilet as well as multiple storage spaces.
Upstairs, the steel staircase leads to 2 bedrooms and their shared shower room then a master suite with its private bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, on the street side, a drop-off area makes it easy to unload your belongings and shopping. Parking spaces are available here and there in the village and free parking is available 600 meters from the house.
On the garden side, large windows offer access to the patio terrace and its heated swimming pool (3.2 x 2 m) (heated from June 1st to September 15th). All surrounded by high walls and therefore without any vis-à-vis.
There, you will enjoy the calm around garden furniture, for a moment of relaxation or a plancha at your disposal.

The house is beautiful and renovated to a very high standard. We enjoyed the warm pool and the sunshine in the walled courtyard. There are three good restaurants within less than two hunderd meters.

Quand je suis entré dans la maison, ma première pensée était: j'aimerais rester ici plus longtemps. Moderne, accueillant, des lits très confortables et avoir une piscine à la maison fait toute la différence pour finir une journée après la plage. Je serai de retour à coup sûr.

Emplacement idéal, Yann est un hôte chaleureux, la maison est très jolie, parfaitement rénovée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons même pu bénéficier de la maison dès 14h30 le jour de l’arrivée ce qui fut appréciable, dommage que le jour du départ nous ayons eu la remarque de la personne en charge des entrées et sorties de devoir en contrepartie libérer les lieux avant 10h...Mais c’est un détail. Merci à Yann, nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit
