The 5 x 5 metre swimming pool is heated, and the shaded terrace is a real advantage during rainy weather or periods of intense heat.
This high-end, 180 m² property is located close to the village centre (500 metres away) and near the beach (just a 4-minute cycle ride).
This beautiful single-storey villa is practical, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Enjoy immediate access to the main cycle paths on the Île de Ré, leading towards Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré and La Couarde-sur-Mer, Saint-Martin-de-Ré, La Flotte and Rivedoux-Plage.

The villa features a secure, heated swimming pool with a surface area of 25 m².
The property has one secure private parking space, with the possibility of parking two vehicles depending on their size. Additional public parking spaces are available very close to the house.

Our swimming pool heat pumps are programmed to heat the water to 28°C. However, the actual water temperature is also affected by the weather: warm weather increases the water temperature, while cold weather lowers it.
