Nice apartment, fantastic location, but cleanliness and inclusion shortcomings

Fantastic location, and a nice little apartment overall.

Claimed clothes washer and dryer were not present in the room. Bathroom and kitchen cleanliness wasn’t fantastic. Some inclusions were absent or inadequate (barely any toilet paper supplied!).

Loved it!

The location could not have been better for theaters, restaurants, and pubs, as well as many other landmarks.

There was as an issue with the roof leaking but this was due to an unusual set of circumstances (and not just the rain alone); it’s not something I’d anticipate happening again. Be ready for stairs if you’re in 2 or 3 😊.

Clean and good location but unsure whether fairly described online

The location was excellent for the plans we had made for our short stay in London. Cleanliness was good. Good sized shower room

We were not made aware of ongoing works literally outside our room. Drilling and men up scaffolding dieectly outside the window from 8am would have made me cancel the booking altogether had I known. The amenities were not described fairly….a dirty washing machine within a cleaners store room to me wasn’t acceptable so was not used when it would have been handy. My understanding of serviced apartments were that they were serviced ie bins emptied and clean towels etc but there was none of this. There was bags of linen left halfway up to the apartment which I had to take clean towels from myself. The lack of space to keep clothes meant we lived out of our cases. Kitchen wasn’t used so cannot comment.

Fantastic location, and a nice little apartment overall.
