Lovely and clean and the location was perfect for theatre land and Covent Garden in particular!
Although there is a lift, the stairs to and from the lift were a challenge. Maybe clearly note this in your overview of the apartments. Not really a criticism just would like to have known.

Location is perfect everything on the doorstep. Great size for 3 of us. Was clean and tidy
I wouldn’t say didn’t like but needs attention is the broken table leg in the living room, no frying pan. The piano looks lovely but not great when you have a child that wants to keep playing it and can’t 😩

Location was great.
Comfortable and spotless
Check in process was stressful. Code was sent with partial details so ended up in the wrong part of the building

The location. Close to two train stations Covent garden and Charing cross. Right in the middle of London theatre district. Excellent shopping and heaps of restaurants everywhere
The stairs! We were on the 3rd floor.
Made taking our suitcases up and down a little challenging
