The room and bathroom en suite were clean and neat. Lovely fresh white linen and very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities, but no milk provided. Bar fridge very handy and pleased that each room had one. Views were just lovely. Overall, the property could do with some attention (for example the stagnant pond, the rubble outside my bathroom window, the communal area where the microwave is and the microwave itself which looked grubby).
