The apartment was small but had everything we needed, it was aired out and with good light in the bedrooms.
The bath room was a bit uncomfortable with the small bath but appreciated that it had a window and could be aired out.
We liked the layout with the separate toilet / sink / bath areas, which can be used simultaneously for more efficiency.
The kitchen was well equipped, with a large fridge and western-style table with chairs.
We also found the beds and pillows very comfortable and slept well, it was a bit noisy in the mornings in the bedroom by the street but nothing some earplugs won't fix :)
The neighborhood is very nice, clean and quiet, with convenience stores, shops and pharmacies nearby, and a nice izakaya downstairs. Besides, the subway station is 5 minutes away and is on the well-connected Oedo line, which is great for commuting to important areas in Tokyo.

We would have appreciated some more towel hangers in the bath area, there were none. Plus some more clothes hangers to dry and air out clothes. The balcony did not seem to have been cleaned very recently.

使いやすく何があるか写真などはってくれてた。ほとんど必要なものはそろってた。
ないけど、加湿器があればよかった。さむいので暖房をつけるから！
あと階段で上がらないといけないので、小さい子供がいてベビーカーや、大きいトランクを持ってあがるのは大変。
ソファがもっと大きいとくつろげる！

Loved the location, close to the station in a great neighbourhood. Very spacious by Tokyo standards.
Using the sofa as a bed means there is no sofa or sitting area. Would have loved to have cotton sheets in the summer heat. The check in time is a bit late.

Perfect location.
There is a restaurant downstairs. So, the smell from the restaurant pervades everywhere in the flat. You will smell oil
everywhere.
