I loved being in room 606 directly across from the 6th floor dog park. I also appreciated the location, directly across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital. Two excellent restaurants nearby, The Red Cow and The Honker.
At first, the bed was very hard and I awoke with a sore back. When I was heading out for the day, I mentioned it to the early morning gentleman at Concierge and he arranged for a mattress topper to be placed on the bed—problem solved and I so appreciated it!!!

Property is stunning and rooms are so comfortable that it make you feel like home. The desk staff and concierge’s are extremely courteous and accommodating- and make us feel so welcome.
I wish there were extra blankets in the room to use if cold at night

The Berkman is a best-kept secret. It's like staying at a 5-star hotel for an incredibly reasonable price. The 4th floor game room and lounge is awesome and the pool is a welcome bonus. We loved our stay!

Very close to St Mary’s, where I had to be up early to get myself to a surgery
The woman at the concierge desk where I checked in was extremely rude and treated me like an inconvenience, and like every question I asked, I should have known the answer. It was a terrible way to be treated the day before a major surgery.
