Clean and easy to get to.

The breakfast was great. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub due to them being outside and we had rain and then wind the days we were there. A large TV was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was on the far side of town from Arches National park.
When using 2 devices on the Wi-Fi, it did lag a little. But worked fine with one device.

Excellent breakfast
Weired light configuration and missing night table on one side of the bed

Not a lot. The Gentleman at the desk nice but the desk area was dirty and unkept. The breakfast was okay.
Our rooms appeared to have clean linens but the room itself was not clean.
