Super helpful staff, easy to find, ~10 minutes to Arches and ~40 minutes to Canyonlands. Free coffee and breakfast bars in the morning, bed was comfortable, and the room had a full size sink, mini fridge, microwave, and rags intended for cleaning up super dirty things (shoes, cars, etc) which I thought was a great idea. I would 100% stay again!
Only complaint I would have was that the room was a bit small but it was still well worth what we paid

It served the purpose for which we booked it we were able to move around to do hiking
That it doesn’t have a cafeteria or diner nearby although there was at some walking distance
