EVERYTHINGGGGGG!!!
From the moment I arrived to check-in until I left... WOOOOW!!! The staff were amazing, the facilities are top notch, their services - impeccable, they go extra and beyond for their guests. Katherina, one of the guest services ladies was exceptional. She followed up with me on everything, made sure i was okay, comfortable and satisfied through my stay. The surprise birthday cake, fruit platter and champagne... Pure luxury!
I am definitely going back!
It has now become one of my go to/favourite resorts! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Very good location, good excellent, consierge very helpful, view amazing, October time 1-2 days of raining and some people swim in swimming pool- for me water was to cold but sunny days and easy access to drinks and food made up for it.
Place to retreat yourself.
When was racing lack of information what we can do. But I have to say to Aplication hotel has and make life more easier for customer. Still hospitality job is to interact with people. Reception was better than in previous hotel but still needs to me more happy to help customers. Maybe end of season they were just tired. 4.5/5 stars

My partner and I stayed here for four nights, and the service was simply extraordinary from the very first moment until the second we left. The entire staff showed exceptional kindness, always with a genuine smile and warm hospitality.
The entire property is spotless, beautifully designed, and makes you feel right at home.
The food was outstanding—from the main dining hall to the bar, and especially at the different à la carte restaurants!
We are so sad to leave. We will without a doubt be returning, and will definitely recommend it to all our friends.
Thank you so much!
