Friendly helpful staff, organised trips and taxis, made you feel welcome. Good location, close to Taksim square, cafes and tram. Clean and modern rooms.

Union Hotel was such an excellent place to stay at during mi visit to Istanbul. Is very close to the Dolmabahce Palace and Taksim Square and very close to the Tram station if you want to go to the old town (just 4 or 5 stops). Sam, Maryam and the rest of the hotel staff were kind enough to make recommendations on how to get around the city and were attentive to our needs. They helped us get tickets to a bosphorus dinner cruise, a tour on the asian side of the city and also a turkish bath. Also they were kind enough to call me and knock on my door since I was taking an early morning flight.

The staff was amazing. Ali was helpful as well was Sam.
Apologise it took me long to do the review. We were 2 girls staying there and they helped us with where to go what to do. We felt like we were in family environment. Fully recommend this and look forward to visit soon inshaAllah.
There was nothing not like, the school noise is there a little bit it doesn’t bother at all.

Staff is respectable and attentive.
Literally no wifi, very small room, no views, privacy compromise, very low ceiling I’m literally never seen such a low ceiling, I’m 174 cm and my could touch the ceiling
