The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, both at the reception and in the restaurant. We really appreciated their kindness throughout our stay.
A very special thank you to Mr. Cengiz at the restaurant, who was absolutely wonderful! He was always helpful, attentive, and professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. He was especially kind and caring towards our children, always making sure they had everything they needed. His thoughtfulness really made a difference, and we are truly grateful!
A big thank you as well to the reception and concierge teams for their professionalism, helpfulness, and warm welcome.
The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well.
The location couldn't be better! Just a few steps from Taksim Square, with direct access to Istiklal Street, making it very convenient to explore the city.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. And the stunning view over the Bosphorus made it even more enjoyable!
Overall, we had a lovely stay, and what really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
The only downside was the soundproofing, as we could sometimes hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. Some guests were also quite noisy in the hallways, speaking loudly and slamming doors, which could be disturbing at times. Better sound insulation would definitely make the stay more comfortable.

It’s in the very center of Beyoğlu
Very bad maintenance. In the bathroom we had broken tiles and mold. Also the the window had no sound insulation in a very central road
