Located on the top floor of a stately late-19th-century building—completely renovated—in a charming inner courtyard on Piazza Michele Ferrero, the heart and hub of Alba, the capital of the Langhe and an UNESCO World Heritage Site, Unit 5 is just a few meters from all the main attractions of the historic center and from Via Vittorio Emanuele.
The apartment features a stunning private terrace available exclusively to guests, equipped with outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella, offering a view over the rooftops—perfect for tasting our fantastic wines, enjoying breakfast, or simply relaxing in the summer.
Perfect for two people. There is no elevator to access the apartment, as is often the case in historic buildings. The apartment features an entryway, a kitchenette with an electric stovetop, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, an electric kettle, refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a living room with a table/computer area, and an additional single sofa bed for a third guest, if needed. The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hair dryer. Unit 5 is the ideal choice for couples looking for a romantic getaway or small families. Flat ideally situated near old town Alba and for trips into Barbaresco and Barolo area. Well equipped and the roof terrace makes such a difference. Private parking a bit tricky due to confined space. Note: Full flat is under the roof so danger of bangs to the head until you are familiar with all the beams.
