About this apartment rental

Charming recently renovated studio apartment in the center of Alba, in front of the station. Very convenient for getting around and equipped with all services. Featuring an independent entrance, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning, with the addition of a splendid view of the Langhe landscape.
LATE CHECK-OUT after 11.00 a.m.: EUR 10.00
EARLY CHECK-IN before 3.00 p.m.: EUR 10.00

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 28 nights

Extra: CRIB € 15,00 Per stay (upon request), BABY CHAIR € 10,00 Per stay (upon request)
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
Late check-in fee: from 20:00 to 23:30 of €10.00.
