Address Beach Resort

Every thing, location, staff, the room, pool and beach all 10/10 - the staff couldn’t do enough for their guest.

Absolutely nothing

An Exceptional Experience Every Time at Address Beach Resort Outstanding service from the moment we checked in, truly high-quality hospitality, and excellent food throughout our stay. During our second visit, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with breathtaking views of the sea and Palm Jumeirah. This thoughtful gesture was genuinely appreciated! What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. I noticed little touches in our room, such as a small cleaning cloth provided for my glasses, which I had left on the desk, and neatly organised cables. These may seem like minor details, but they made me smile and made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with attentive, friendly staff and outstanding service. The food was of excellent quality, with an extensive selection to suit every taste. We also had the pleasure of dining at the Beach Grill restaurant, which was absolutely first-class. It is clear that the hotel’s management truly understands what exceptional hospitality means and knows how to anticipate and exceed guests’ expectations. The magnificent lobby and the spectacular swimming pool on the 77th floor are simply breathtaking. Whenever we visit Dubai, Address Beach Resort is always on our list, whether for an afternoon tea or a full stay. It is the little details, genuine hospitality, and consistently high standards that make us want to return again and again. Highly recommended!

A Small Suggestion for Improvement A little refurbishment of the rooms and replacement of the carpets would make an already fantastic hotel even better, as some of them are starting to show their age. During our previous stay, we were welcomed with chocolates, fresh fruit, and a beautiful fresh flower in the room. We really appreciated these thoughtful touches, and we missed them a little this time. Bringing back these small gestures would make the arrival experience even more special! 😊

Exceptional service as always. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, beautifully clean and so well maintained. This was our 4th visit, and we loved it just as much as our very first time. We especially love Zeta 77. A special thank you to the lifeguards who looked after us each day — I’m so sorry I don’t know their names, but their care and attention really didn’t go unnoticed. Also, a huge thank you to Paul and Shubha. Every member of the Zeta 77 team goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We can’t wait to come back again!

Nothing.

The staff are helpful

A beautiful venue with a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately the dining experience fell well below expectations. The bread was not fresh, and the quality of the food was disappointing throughout the meal. The setting deserves much better cuisine. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant until the food quality improves. Also infinity pool was somehow not chilled and I found it dirty
