W Dubai - Mina Seyahi

Location is great and part of a larger complex. Roof top was excellent as was pool deck

A lot of construction around the building which was constant. Noisy and drilling. Also obscured views on the marina side

This was my second time. This hotel is so perfect in many ways. I loved it again. The design, the rooms, GingerMoon, and most importantly the staff. Thank you to hosts outside always ready to help you getting a cab, team reception, team GingerMoon especially Prawaj, Fouad, Ganesh, Jamalah, Miss Myanmar Mar and Ahmed!

Nothing

The design, the rooms and facilities and the staff were all exceptional. Breakfast variety and food quality was excellent

Currently there are construction works close to the Hotel which results in sound especially when sitting at outdoor facilities

The W Dubai - Mina Seyahi is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and lovely rooms. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and put a dampener on what was meant to be a special birthday trip. We paid extra for a Premier Deluxe King Room with Sea View - High Floor specifically because we wanted an unobstructed sea view and hoped to avoid overlooking the ongoing construction work nearby. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the Marina side where the "sea view" was effectively blocked by surrounding buildings and construction. We were initially offered a room in the neighbouring sister hotel, which we were taken to view but did not feel was suitable. Only after we continued to explain our concerns did the hotel upgrade us to a Premier Deluxe Corner King Room with Sea View, which provided the unobstructed sea view we had expected from the start. Once the room issue was resolved, the remainder of our stay was excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning. However, the misleading nature of the room description and the stressful check-in process overshadowed the start of what should have been a special occasi
