Excellent location with a nice, conveniet and quite scenic 15 min autumn walk to the water park.
Convenient kitchen for the guests' use (with no oven, though) with a big sofa and TV extending the hanging out area beyond the room. It worked out perfect for our 5 ppl family with maybe 3 other families staying for that time period and being focused on saying in their rooms. During busy time and someone else hanging out in those areas experience could be different. We were 2 families making our own meals, therefore, taking turns in meal preparation in kitchen was manageable. With 5 or 6 families that could be challenging.
Nice yard with play area for kids, during warmer season I imagine that hanging out in terrace could be very nice as well. Hosts living on premises were very helpful in terms of helping with AC remote etc. With farewell greetings for kids every parent's heart can be bought:D
10 min driving distance to Lidl was useful, too.
Internet connection: The internet connection in the room on the second floor was poor, and people I spoke to on my mobile phone often had difficulty hearing me. Fortunately, the connection was fine in the common areas on the first floor.
1st floor flooring: Tile floor in the kitchen was freezing feet in spite of the AC heating on and in general quite OK room temperature, making some guests walking around in shoes while others were walking around in socks. With no slippers provided that floor was quite bad for longer food preparation time periods. If floor temperature is an issue for you, it might be worth taking slippers or wool socks with you.
Additional charges: I completely understand that additional charges for certain amenities, such as the hot tub, which requires extra water and heating, or for providing firewood and charcoal for the grill, are reasonable and abolutely acceptable. However, wanting to charge extra for using the fireplace next to the children's playground seemed excessive in our case. Our Girl Scouts wanted to roast marshmallows there and they had already collected fallen branches in the wood across the street (as scouts traditionally do when making a campfire). No additional cleaning was necessary afterwards, as Girl Scouts are trained to behave outdoors.
After receinving the messgare with costs stated for using the fireplace with a price in case the fire wood is provided and another price if the firewood is not needed, I asked whether there was also a charge for using the children's playground premises or sofa's in the terrace. Then the request for extra payment was dismissed.

The apartment host was very kind, she showed us everything and explained all we needed to know. Although she struggles with English, she made a real effort, and we appreciated that. The apartment was excellent, and the shared kitchenette had everything one might need. There were enough parking spaces, and the surroundings were very cozy.
The distance to Suntago was definitely more than 700 meters — our navigation showed 1.2 km. Also, the road was not paved; there was a gravel section, but it wasn’t long. In the room, there was some dampness due to moisture from the bathroom and wet towels, as we couldn’t get the electric towel warmer to work (it turned on, but didn’t heat up. Unfortunately, we noticed this too late and didn’t want to disturb the host during the night). Other than that, everything was great.
