I don’t recommend

It was acceptably clean.

Almost everything: the staff is unfriendly, and I didn’t receive any check-in instructions, so I had to call while waiting in the rain outside the door. The cleanliness was poor, and the flat is awful, old, and run-down. I understand the style, but in my opinion, it’s just a way of hiding the really poor quality. I can say much more but it doesn’t matter at all ;-(

Horrible

Nothing

I did not feel safe staying at this property at all. We left after approximately 30 minutes because I genuinely could not imagine spending even a few hours there, let alone several days. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt extremely strange and uncomfortable. Finding and accessing the apartment was confusing, the building felt unsafe, and the lift was incredibly old and honestly felt like it could break down at any moment. Inside, things only got worse. The apartment smelled strange, did not feel clean, and the overall atmosphere was disturbing. There were unlocked bathrooms and spaces that made the property feel less like a normal apartment and more like some kind of abandoned filming location from a thriller or an adult movie set. Everything about it felt unsettling. Most importantly, as a young woman, I felt completely unsafe staying there. This was not simply a matter of the apartment being different from what I expected or not liking the interior. I genuinely did not feel comfortable or secure enough to remain inside. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. I contacted the property and received no response at all. I also contacted Booking.com because I was trying to resolve the situation, but meanwhile the property simply ignored me. When a guest tells you that they feel unsafe and cannot stay at the accommodation, completely ignoring them is unacceptable. We therefore left almost immediately and found somewhere else to stay. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation while travelling, and I have never felt the need to leave a property this quickly. I would absolutely not recommend this place, especially to women travelling alone or anyone for whom feeling safe in their accommodation is important.

Great location

I liked the style the room was decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I had to go out of my room to get to the toilet, but after a while I got used to it.

I understand I cannot expect luxuries for this price, but I feel the place needs to be at least maintained

The location is very good and the place was clean also, the cleaners were kind.

There was mold in the room, so the whole room smelled bad. I told the host, but he wouldn’t reply until the last day of our stay when I threatened of filing a complaint. There is also a sink in the room, which hasn’t been turned on for a long time I think because it also smelled really bad They also did not change the towels or filled up the toilet paper
