The location was perfect. A few steps away from the middle of Corso Umberto. The room was clean and the manager, Alex, was so kind and most helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
Other than the hair dryer needs replacing, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Steps weren’t a major issue for us but if you have mobility issues then stay elsewhere. Communication with Alessandro first in booking app then on WhatsApp was excellent. He offered to help with getting luggage up the steps but not needed by us. The steps are on the street. The hotel has a lift. Provided with information on best place for arrival by taxi, kettle arranged in room, local information on the hotel intranet, restaurant recommendations etc. We did a self check in on the day we arrived without problems and provided our passport details for compliance the next day. The room was excellent with views. Nice having a balcony too.

Excellent location and view from 4th-floor room. lovely balcony, apart from the ashtrays with dead cigarettes. Good bathroom and shower. Good TV for kids. Quiet.
On booking.com, it said there was a wonderful breakfast. When we arrived with two kids, we found that there was NO BREAKFAST. This did not go down well. Also, my wife is a tea drinker and was told that there was tea in the room. There was not. Plus, the balcony had ashtrays on the table that were full of used cigarettes. So internally clean but externally a little lax. Especially given a very high price point.
