Good hotel and offer a very good breakfast and parking spot.
Noise reduction could be better.

Clean and comfortable hotel attached to Terminal 21.
I find it a little bit too expensive. But one has to pay for better things …

The bidet in the bathroom was nice. The LG Smart TV was nice and easy to use. The View from the 9th floor was nice.
Well I ordered an omelette and got scrambled eggs, but that's not a big deal...
The breakfast was served cold the first day I stayed. I reported it to the manager who went to the back, brought some flame warmers to try to make the food hot. I waited 20 minutes and tried it again and it was still stone cold, so I gave up. I reported this to the front desk and the food was hot the next day. The thai food at the breakfast buffet in general was just not tasty, but perhaps that's my own taste. Wish it had Bacon.
The table and chairs in the room look poor, and not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. I felt the furniture needed to be upgraded,
In general, Centara Korat is a better hotel in almost every way for the same price.
