Room, swimming pool, and staff at reception. And the hotel is opposite a very good park.

Incredible big and high room with jacuzzi, and we had the standard double room. The room was so good that I thought they gave us a free update but no.
I have stayed in many Hilton’s, Le Merdien’s, Intercontinental etc, this is same or better at a ridiculously low price we paid of 1400 Thb. We changed our plans to stay a day longer.

Good facilities, friendly staff and a nice gym/swimming pool. Lovely lake and park directly opposite too. Some nice bars close by.
It is a little bit out of the centre, so a car or taxi trip is needed to go to the centre.

Good location and value for money
Poor infrastructure. Outside there is no sign to reception requiring you to walk up and down several flights of stairs looking for it. There are no luggage trollies and no lift from the basement car park to reception so everything has to be carried up the stairs. There is a lift from reception to the guest floors.
We had breakfast included in our package and,having waited in the restaurant on our own for ten minutes I had to go and find a cleaner to contact a receptionist to arrange our breakfast. When it came it could best be described as just adequate.
