The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing.Thw breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality food..The location was also convenient for exploring Cala Ratjada.
There was nothing major that I disliked. Overall, everything was good and met our expectations. The only minor issue was that the pillow was a little too thin for our liking. However, when we requested an extra one, the hotel staff were very helpful and provided it promptly
