As always everything was just perfect - very fast and friendly reception, wonderful newly decorated apartments, had a wonderful stay

Very nice, very clean, very friendly.
The beds had a big gap in the middle and kept going apart during the night. We bought rope and tied the legs together and then it was ok, but normally a double bed should not be two beds that glide apart during the night....

Great pool, nice pool bar and friendly staff generally.
AC was not working, given a fan instead and had to persistently ask when it would be fixed and eventually to change room after spending a night in a room at 33 degrees with a 12 week old baby. Requested a cot which wasn’t provided and had to chase for that as well.
