The location was perfect. Staff were amazing and did not disturb or be too in our faces.
Dan was amazing, whatever question i had he answered
It is quite pricey, however, the service we got makes sense

Location of property
You had to pay for car parking and mattress was very spring coming through and the bed side table at couch side sticks out level with couch and has sharp edges

Predictable comfort, parking and facilities. Pleasant staff. Nearby food outlets and fuel.
Breakfast (Saturday) was pandemonium. It seems that a large wedding party was staying, and hot food could not be delivered to the buffet bar quickly enough. The guests were neither tidy nor considerate of others, so no fault attaches to the hotel.

Modern and clean. Good bar and decent prices. Member of staff on the desk in the evening was lovely and helped my son with a phone charger.
Breakfast was a disgrace and not fit for purpose … undercooked bacon and terrible quality food. They will say it was complimentary but clearly it’s in with the rate
