About this apartment rental
An elegant 50-square-meter apartment located on the first floor (one story above ground level) in a building without an elevator, completely renovated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment is located in the lively Santo Stefano neighborhood of the historic center, just a stone’s throw from the city’s main attractions and within easy reach of all kinds of amenities. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and breakfast. Since the property is located in the historic center’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL), access to the ZTL area is permitted by using one of our private paid parking garages, following a specific route that we will provide. We will enter your license plate number on the designated platform of the City of Bologna.

Cozy nice apartment, well-located. Paulo was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, and was very helpful with taxi arrangements as well. Would recommend!!

From the beginning the rental has been a resounding success. Easy and timely communication, perfectly clean and furnished apartment with all the necessities and then some, super comfortable beds, great welcome, storage room for luggage, air-conditioning, everything in perfect working order has made our weekend really unforgettable. Thanks a lot for everything, and most of all for being such an attentive and pleasant host. We will most definitely be back!

We stayed for one night but the warmth and hospitality was beyond any expectations and if I ever stay in Bologna again - it will be at this place!
Excellent location, clean and well functioning apartment which has literally everything a travel needs.
A host Paolo met us himself and answered all of our questions. He made us feel right at home. He helped us with the city map and recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and even made a reservation for our taxi cab for the next day to go to the train station.
We have been traveling for 3 weeks to different cities and this was the most outstanding apartment stay we had. Bravo and a big thank you from our family of four!

The property is in a great location. It’s is exceptionally clean beautiful decor great beds so much attention to detail a well thought out apartment . Paolo is a perfect host nothing is too much trouble for him . The kitchen is well stocked with essential in the fridge and biscuits tea coffee sugar and snacks . Would highly recommend people to stay here .
