About this apartment rental
This spacious, bright apartment, which sleeps up to five people, is located on the 3rd floor of the stately home and measures approximately 110 m2. With its location right on Lake Erlauf and a wonderful view of the Gemeindealpe, nothing stands in the way of a perfect beach vacation. It features two double bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The combined living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, and refrigerator. The cozy sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and electric heating are also available free of charge. A free parking space is available for guests right in front of the house. If you arrive between May 1 and October 26, you will receive the Wilde Wunder Card free of charge upon arrival; it is valid for the duration of your booked stay. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., check-out: 10:30 a.m. Key pickup: DorfRezeption, Lederergasse 9, 3224 Mitterbach. Children up to 3 years old sharing their parents’ bed stay free of charge. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 15.00 per dog per night. A visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
