About this apartment rental

This cozy, bright apartment is located right on Lake Erlauf, with a wonderful view of the Gemeindealpe. The public swimming beach on Lake Erlauf—complete with a slide, playground, boat rentals, and a beach snack bar—is also nearby. The modern apartment, measuring approximately 65 square meters, is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to four people. It features a double bedroom with a double bed, a combined living and dining room with a pull-out couch, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a tea kettle. The beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Erlauf is the perfect spot to relax. The apartment also features satellite TV and electric heating. Guests have access to free parking directly in front of the house. If you arrive between May 1 and October 26, you’ll receive the Wilde Wunder Card upon arrival, valid for the duration of your booked stay, free of charge. Check-in: 4:00–6:00 p.m., check-out: 10:30 a.m. Key pickup: DorfRezeption, Lederergasse 9, 3224 Mitterbach. Children up to 3 years old sharing their parents’ bed stay free of charge. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 15.00 per dog per night. A visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
