Located in the heart of Mitterbach, this historic guesthouse has offered six modern, elegantly furnished non-smoking apartments—ranging from 45 m² to 60 m²—since 2017. Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or with your family, everyone feels right at home here. The Krämerei—the very special two-person apartment in the Konrad-Haus Anyone who steps into this ground-floor apartment immediately senses a touch of history. For the “Krämerei”—as the name suggests—was once a small shop. The old floor still tells this story today, and you can easily picture where the “Budl” (the sales counter) once stood. Spanning about 45 m², this cozy vacation home accommodates 1 to 4 people. A bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed invites you to sleep in, while the dining/living room—complete with a kitchenette and a pull-out couch—is the perfect place to enjoy time together. An entryway, a separate restroom, and a bathroom with a shower provide additional comfort. The large glass front facing the street is particularly eye-catching—once a storefront window, today a charming detail with nostalgic flair. If you arrive between May 1 and October 26, you’ll receive the Wilde Wunder Card free of charge upon arrival; it’s valid for the duration of your booked stay. Check-in: Upon arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., keys will be issued directly at the central village reception desk, Dorfplatz, Mitterbach am Erlaufsee. Payment Terms: A deposit of 25% of the total invoice amount is due within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation; the balance is due before arrival via bank transfer or upon arrival in CASH or by debit card directly at the village reception desk.Check-in: 4:00–6:00 p.m., Check-out: 10:30 a.m. Key pickup: Village Reception, Lederergasse 9, 3224 Mitterbach Meals: Breakfast and half-board available as add-ons. Children up to 3 years old sharing their parents’ bed stay free of charge. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 15.00 per dog per night.
