Excellent breakfast and really nice host. This is a residential house on a housing estate. Very safe and easy to walk into town centre. Felt comfortable leaving the car parked on the road and walking back from town at night. Options in Ypres were limited the time we booked so very happy to find this place.
Bathroom is not ensuite. We had exclusive use of the bathroom which was very clean but it did mean a walk out the bedroom door on to the landing. Not a problem for us and fine for an overnight stay.

amazing breakfast. very quiet neighbourhood.
Didn't realise the accommodation is on a housing estate. Interior decor needs updating.

The location was spectacular for a solo traveller, really within walking distance to the historical center and the museums.
